Pure identity project for Open Colony – a recruiting firm, a network of human potential, and an executive advisory group for innovators. The task was to explore a new depiction of Open Colony’s new identity, visualize the brand mission, and develope a conceptual identity system with the OC brand symbol, logo lockups, typography, and layout expressions across various applications.

CONCEPT

The Bridge

Open Colony as a bridge; connect talents to companies; help unlock individual and collective potential. To visualize the Open Colony's mission, I take inspiration from the structure of a bridge and the idea of building a seamless connection between two parts; The "O" is created by the negative space when the two parts connected.
